Netherlands Official: Van Marwijk announced its 23 with no surprises

Holland coach Bert van Marwijk said Thursday the last discards to stay with the 23 players who will represent his country for the forthcoming World Cup.

The final list is produced with little surprises, beyond the discarding of veteran midfielder Orlando Engelaar. Beside him are dropped from the list at the last moment Netherlands Ron Vlaar, Anita and Jeremaine Vurnon Lens.
