Serbia lost their last chance tonight to reach the playoffs and continue the struggle to qualify for Euro 2012, after suffering a defeat against Slovenia in Maribor 1-0.

The Serbs only worth their victory in the final match of the day to replace Estonia in the second place in Group C and advance to the playoffs.

Slovenia had already lost before any possibility of participating in the Euro 2012 in Poland and Ukraine, but achieved his goal of winning this last game.

In the first half, the game was even. The Slovenians looked more dangerous in the opening minutes, but later the Serbs reacted.
